UNIT 9: TRAVELING AND CULTURE
My name‿ is Hassan. I love‿ international cuisine,│ and‿ in my cityci-dy we can fin(d) food from‿ everywhere:│ Indian,│ Mexican,│ Chinese,│ and‿ Italian.
My favorite dish‿ is‿ a spicy Indian curry,│ and‿ I learned the recipe from‿ a neighbor. The main‿ ingredients‿ are‿ easy:│ rice,│ tomatoes,│ onions,│ an(d) chicken. I cook‿ it‿ on Sundays for my family. My son does not like spicy food,│ so I make‿ a secon(d) dish without chili.
My wife prefers‿ Italian food. We often‿ order pizza on Fridays,│ and‿ on holiday,│ we try street food. In Bangkok,│ I tasted‿ insects for the firs(t) time. Not bad! My daughterdau-der‿ is vegetarian,│ so we always check the menu│ before we choose‿ a restaurant.
