UNIT 8: MONEY AND FINANCE
My name‿ is‿ Arthur. I am 62,│ and‿ I will retire‿ in three years. In my country,│ the state pension starts‿ at 65,│ and‿ it‿ is not‿ a lot ofa lotta money.
My wife retired las(t) year,│ an(d) she is very busy:│ she looks│ after‿ our grandchildren,│ she paints,│ an(d) she travels with her sister. I am happy for her,│ but Ibud I like my job,│ so I want towanna work longer,│ maybe part-time. My pension will be bigger│ if‿ I wait.
Some friends retired‿ at 55 an(d) now they are not comfortable,│ because they did not save for‿ old‿ age. Others saved‿ every month│ an(d) now they are fine. Health‿ is the most‿ importan(t) thing,│ of course. I wan(t) free time,│ but Ibud I also wan(t) money.
