Passive‿ income

My name‿ is Dana. Three years‿ ago,│ I started to look for passive‿ income. I have‿ a small flat,│ an(d) now I rent‿ it‿ out to students. That gives me extra money every month,│ but‿ it‿ is not fully passive:│ I call the students,│ and‿ I repair things.

My frien(d) Marco has‿ a differen(t) plan. He photographs‿ ol(d) furniture,│ sells‿ it‿ online,│ and‿ uploads videos‿ about‿ it. Later^la-der‿ on,│ he wants to write‿ a book│ an(d) get royalties. It‿ is‿ a lot of^{a lotta}‿ effor(t) now,│ but the money comes later^la-der.

Passive‿ income‿ is not magic. You need something to own:│ a flat,│ a skill,│ or‿ a product. An(d) you need to wait. My husban(d) says,│ "If‿ it‿ is‿ easy money,│ it‿ is not for‿ us!" I think he is right.
