UNIT 6: SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE INTERNET
My name‿ is‿ Emma. I buy almost‿ everything‿ on‿ online shops:│ clothes,│ books,│ and‿ even food for my cat. Las(t) month,│ I bought winterwin-der boots with‿ a 40 percen(t) discount.
The delivery was fast:│ two days. But the boots were too small,│ so I had tohadda return them. The return was free,│ and‿ I got my money back‿ in‿ a week. I always read customer reviews│ before‿ I buy,│ because some shops‿ are fake.
I also buy second-han(d) things‿ online,│ like furniture‿ an(d) bicycles. It‿ is cheaper,│ an(d) there‿ is less packaging. But my husban(d) says‿ I should check the paymen(t) page carefully. He is right:│ it‿ is‿ easy to make‿ a mistake│ when you are‿ in‿ a hurry.
