Workplace culture‿ an(d) colleagues

My name‿ is Grace. I work‿ in‿ an‿ office with 25 colleagues,│ and‿ I get‿ on with‿ almost‿ all‿ of them. On Mondays,│ we have‿ a staff meeting^mee-ding│ and‿ everybody talks‿ about their projects.

The company has flexible‿ hours,│ so I can start‿ at‿ eight│ or‿ at ten. That‿ is great for me,│ because‿ I have two children. In the break room,│ we drink coffee│ an(d) sometimes we gossip‿ about the managers,│ but not‿ in‿ a mean way.

My team‿ is supportive:│ when someone has‿ a deadline,│ the others help. Las(t) month,│ my colleague was‿ ill,│ an(d) we finished her work for her. I also have 25 days‿ off‿ a year. I think‿ a good workplace‿ is‿ about people,│ not‿ about the salary.
