UNIT 2: HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD
My name‿ is Tom,│ and‿ I spend‿ a lot ofa lotta time‿ in the park near my house. In the morning,│ I go for‿ a walk there│ before work,│ and‿ in the evening‿ I run five kilometers.
The park‿ is big,│ with‿ a lake,│ a playground,│ and‿ a lot ofa lotta‿ ol(d) trees. Children feed the ducks near the waterwa-der,│ an(d) families have picnics‿ on the grass. In summer,│ my wife‿ and‿ I cycle‿ aroun(d) the lake,│ an(d) then we sit‿ on‿ a bench│ an(d) read.
The park‿ is not‿ always clean,│ because some people leave litter. Las(t) month,│ some neighbors‿ and‿ I cleaned the playground. Now we take care‿ of the park together. It‿ is‿ a great place to get some fresh‿ air.
