UNIT 2: HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD
My name‿ is Nina. Las(t) month,│ I visited‿ a museum‿ in my cityci-dy with my cousin. It was‿ a rainy Sunday,│ an(d) we did not know what to do,│ so we decided to go there.
There was‿ an‿ exhibition‿ about‿ ancient‿ Egypt,│ and‿ it was very interesting. A guide told‿ us‿ about the kings‿ an(d) the pyramids for 40 minutes. The entrance fee was 12 dollars,│ an(d) there was‿ a long queue,│ but the museum was not crowded‿ inside.
We could not take photos‿ in some rooms,│ so I bought‿ a book‿ about the exhibition. Museums‿ are‿ a good way to get to know a cityci-dy and‿ its history. Nex(t) time,│ I want towanna see the local‿ ar(t) section,│ because my cousin says‿ it‿ is beautiful.
