Leadership‿ in the workplace

My name‿ is‿ Omar. My boss‿ is‿ a good leader. She listens to her team‿ every day. She is not‿ always‿ in her‿ office;│ she talks to people.

In‿ our meetings,│ she asks,│ "What do you^d'ya think?" She helps‿ us,│ an(d) she is kind. When there‿ is‿ a problem,│ she decides with the team,│ not‿ alone.

A good leader works hard‿ an(d) talks to people. My boss‿ is not‿ angry│ when we make‿ a mistake. She says,│ "Let's try again." I learn‿ a lot from her,│ and‿ I want to^wanna be a leader one day.
